Porsche's already-insane GT3 RS gets the Manthey treatment on November 22. The German tuning wizards have leaked details of their latest track weapon.
Manthey Racing doesn't mess with perfection. They enhance it.
Track Domination Incoming
The 2025 911 GT3 RS MR retains Porsche's glorious 4.0-liter flat-six. 525 horsepower and 342 lb-ft of naturally-aspirated fury remain untouched.
No engine mods needed when you've got 9,000 rpm of mechanical symphony on tap.
The 7-speed PDK transmission stays put. Because when you're hunting lap times, nothing shifts faster.
What Manthey does change transforms an already track-focused monster into something otherworldly.
Aero Gets Aggressive
Porsche's standard GT3 RS already generates downforce that would make lesser cars buckle. Manthey cranks the dial past 11.
The MR package adds:
- Larger rear spoiler with distinctive shark fin
- More pronounced front splitter
- Enhanced underbody aerodynamics
These aren't cosmetic flourishes. Each carbon fiber addition manipulates airflow to pin the car to tarmac.
Chassis Wizardry
Adjustable coilovers replace the already-capable factory suspension. This allows drivers to fine-tune compression and rebound for specific tracks and conditions.
Lightweight magnesium wheels reduce unsprung mass. Physics doesn't care about your feelings, but it responds beautifully to reduced rotational inertia.
Upgraded brakes complete the package. Because going fast means nothing if you can't slow down with equal authority.
The Ultimate RS
The standard GT3 RS already delivers 0-60 in 3.0 seconds and a 184 mph top speed. It generates more downforce than some dedicated race cars.
Manthey's modifications won't necessarily make it faster in a straight line. That's not the point.
Their focus is reducing lap times through enhanced aerodynamics, improved suspension geometry, and reduced weight.
November 22 can't come soon enough. The track day hierarchy is about to be rewritten.
